Park Central Mall was Phoenix’s first large-scale shopping mall, and it rose in the heart of midtown for a reason — it was a great location with abundant transportation access, vital nearby neighborhoods and exceptional amenities in the area.

Retail centers come and go, and Park Central was no exception. But now, Park Central is on the verge of a dramatic transformation. Park Central will take advantage of its mid-century modern roots and design features to become a dynamic, modern mixed-use adaptive re-use project. With some of the leading innovative initiatives in healthcare and a hotel opening in 2024, it will once again serve both the core of the community and the “new economy” office, education, bioscience, and restaurant tenants seeking authentic spaces with an outdoor connection.
